1 - Athlete History

Similar to the custom training plan service and discovery call, an athlete history will be taken. This includes a detailed synopsis of your current fitness, your athletic history, propensity for injury, and training availability. Coach Grant will walk you through a few key questions and discussion points.

2 - Training Week Sent

Based on your athlete history, your first week’s plan will be sent. Plans run Monday - Sunday. You’ll receive each subsequent week by no later than Saturday. Throughout each week you’ll share comments and general feedback for the sessions. A welcome package with example weeks and comments will be provided. Ongoing communication with your coach is included in this service.

3 - Feedback and Update

You’ve completed a few weeks. You’ve provided comments on select workouts. We both have learned and may have adjusted some goals. All of this data is scrutinized and may be used to modify each new week’s plan. You’ll have continued communication with Coach Grant to ensure the right balance within your mesocycle. And of course, adjustments will be made to accommodate your personal life.

Personalized coaching options

Month-to-Month, $90/m

Popular for the athlete looking to structure their workouts and try individualized coaching for the first time.

3-Month Build, $240 ($80/m)

Perfect for the athlete looking to kick-start their fitness, target a specific event, or simply buckle down for a quarter of the year.

Year-Long Package, $840 ($70/m)

Recommended only for athletes serious about leveling up their performances. This is the most cost-effective coaching option, but is also the most commitment. This option is not recommended for athletes in their first or second year of their sport(s) without serious consideration.
