3 simple steps to put you on track

1 - Athlete History

A significantly longer conversation than the basic discovery call, an athlete history will be gathered. The three focuses are your current fitness level, the event for which you are training, and your training availability. A brief survey will be sent to you to complete; this allows for you to reflect on anything else you would like your coach to know.

2 - Plan Developed

Many variables will be considered when developing your individual training plan. It will respect the scheduling conflicts discussed during your athlete intake conversation. A small portion of a previous plan can be seen here. Don’t be scared of terms you’re unfamiliar with in the example. You’ll receive a welcome package with all the information you need: common terms, training zone explanations, and HUE’s Training Tenets.

3 - Plan Delivered

Your customized training plan will be delivered via email, and you will meet with your Coach one more time to cover its content. You’ll review the plan holistically, dive into the objectives of each mesocycle, and have an opportunity to get questions answered.
